TO-THE-DOOR FREIGHT & LTL DELIVERY We provide To-the-Door Delivery by contracted freight carriers, which is the standard shipping method for items that are too large or heavy for shipment with normal package carriers. Deliveries are made via truck Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. and will require someone to be present during the delivery. The carrier will call you in advance to schedule a delivery appointment, generally within a 4-hour window. To-the-Door Delivery deliveries are made outside the main home entrance (e.g. inside a garage or to a front porch). Transporting the item into the home or other area and disposing of packaging material is the customers responsibility. Upon delivery and before you sign the carriers delivery receipt, it is important to inspect your package to check that all items are accounted for. If anything is missing or damaged, please note it in detail on the delivery receipt and email PlumStruck Customer Care. If an item is missing or damaged, we will ship a replacement part when possible or may arrange for a complete replacement. Please refuse delivery if the entire package is damaged.
