An interior designer contracted us to make these pictures for a new seafood restaurant. The picture behind me is ten feet wide by three and a half feet tall. When the need arises we can source the images, print them on canvas or paper using our large format printer, frame them and ship them to the job site. Shipping Policy
UPS / FEDEX SMALL PARCEL SHIPMENTS
All of our small parcel products are delivered via UPS/FedEx and may not require a signature upon delivery. Tracking of shipments by UPS/FedEx can be done through www.ups.com or www.fedex.com. The tracking number will be provided once the item has been shipped. If you have any issues, you may email us at support@gwgoutlet.com for further assistance. The transit times on these small parcel shipments are 3-7 days.
TO-THE-DOOR FREIGHT & LTL DELIVERY
We provide To-the-Door Delivery by contracted freight carriers, which is the standard shipping method for items that are too large or heavy for shipment with normal package carriers. Deliveries are made via truck Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. and will require someone to be present during the delivery. The carrier will call you in advance to schedule a delivery appointment, generally within a 4-hour window. To-the-Door Delivery deliveries are made outside the main home entrance (e.g. inside a garage or to a front porch). Transporting the item into the home or other area and disposing of packaging material is the customer's responsibility. Upon delivery and before you sign the carrier's delivery receipt, it is important to inspect your package to check that all items are accounted for. If anything is missing or damaged, please note it in detail on the delivery receipt and email GwG Outlet Customer Care. If an item is missing or damaged, we will ship a replacement part when possible or may arrange for a complete replacement. Please refuse delivery if the entire package is damaged.
All deliveries other than small parcel , which included To the Door, LTL, and larger shipments may take up to 21 days in transit.

You may return your purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason within thirty (30) days of receipt of the products purchased on www.gwgoutlet.com. Simply send an e-mail to support@gwgoutlet.com with the invoice number and your intentions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and return instructions will be provided to you. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Once the product has been received in good condition, the refund will be processed within 48 hours.
Replacements
In case, you received a wrong or damaged product, simply email us the pictures showing the damage at support@gwgoutlet.com and an exchange request will be processed. The tracking update will be provided when the replacement is shipped out along with instructions for the damaged piece.
